Fourth Trimester Package
Overnight
The overnight package invites parents to get rest while your postpartum doula cares for your baby through the night. Your doula will arrive before bedtime to ensure a smooth transition and maximize your sleep. This package includes five overnight shifts of your choice, each providing essential nighttime support. Additional overnight shifts can be added to any package. (minimum of 8 hours each shift)

$50 an hour
This service includes a one-hour consultation to discuss all things related to the postpartum period. You will receive your own postpartum planner. This covers meal plans, building your support network, establishing parent roles, reviewing a postpartum checklist, and exploring available resources. Postpartum Planning is available for families both local and remote. Virtual clients will receive a PDF Postpartum Planner and have the option for a one-on-one conversation via phone or video chat.
The Postpartum plan is offered on a sliding scale to ensure that essential postpartum support is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. The cost ranges between $50-$125 based on your financial situation and what best suits you and your family.
